The detailed, highly specified tender together with the audio video & ICT planning book, schematics and BIM layouts form the professional submission dossier. At this stage, our project managers are responsible for market-driven procurement, execution planning, project management, rollout, acceptance and defect clearance.

Besides the essential coordination with the architecture and the adjacent trades, it is important to us that the customer can see what he will get. For this reason, we work with 3D visualizations to represent the different room types as real as possible. Furthermore, we pay attention to ergonomics in order to be able to determine, for example, the correct image size for the display solutions.

We would be happy to support you as the client or your QA team. Due to our great experience, we quickly recognize important areas that are often forgotten or not planned to the end with the last consequence. We highlight these during the QA process and thus prevent unnecessary cost consequences and schedule delays for our client. In this way, we reduce unknown risks and ensure investment protection.
Proof of Concept (PoC)
Review
Our customer requires full functionality of the AV systems and the ICT network. To be able to guarantee this functional reliability, our AV & ICT planners carry out a PoC. This is particularly recommended if several rooms are to be equipped with the same audiovisual IT media technology.

Study
It is very important to think about ergonomics when positioning large-format displays (GBA). Too little attention is often paid to this issue. We know from practical experience that users often have to look at the same display for several hours. In order to take ergonomics into account, we conduct corresponding studies.
